Bernard Higgins grew up in Leeton, he is a Wiradjuri artist. Bernard graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2019 with a Bachelors of Creative Arts and Design (Animation and Visual Effects). Currently I am doing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) with a joint research project involving the Creative Industries and Science faculties.
